Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will be the vital link between our clients and internal teams. You’ll help manage client relationships, ensure projects move forward seamlessly, and support the delivery of work that exceeds expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for advertising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships
• Assist in developing project briefs, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and status reports
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate as needed
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic and creative development
• Help analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
• Stay updated on client industries, competitors, and market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably at an advertising, marketing, or digital agency
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana), and basic understanding of digital marketing channels is a plus
