Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager at Topstrata Consulting. The role is located in New Delhi with the possibility of some remote work. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
  • Account Management and Key Accounts knowledge
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus (Specially in Q'coms / E'coms / Distributor Channel / Modern Trade / HORECA
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
