We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
