Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product or service information
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting, and offering appropriate solutions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a positive experience for the customer
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database
  • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and patience
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
