Location: Fulgaon, Pune

Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 – ₹13,00,000 per annum

Experience Required: 8–10 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Business Development to lead our expansion efforts in the FRP molding sector. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, proven experience in industrial sales, and the ability to forge strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities for FRP molding products in the railway and related industries.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in industrial sales, FRP molding, or related manufacturing sectors.
• A strong understanding of the Railway sector will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel as required.
