Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, branding, and performance campaigns.
  • Create tailored pitches and proposals for clients in key sectors like education, healthcare, real estate, and B2B.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, performance, design) to shape offerings aligned with client goals.
  • Attend networking events, webinars, and client meetings to build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Key Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, branding, performance marketing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, data, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry knowledge in education, healthcare, or BFSI.
  • Existing network of decision-makers (CMOs, brand heads, founders).
  • Exposure to RFPs and pitching to enterprise-level clients.
