Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition Relationship Management

Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand into key markets.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Engage with C-level executives to understand their business goals and offer customized IT solutions.

Sales Revenue Generation

Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.

Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Triveni IT's services.

Market Analysis Strategic Planning

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.

Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

Identify new verticals, geographies, and partnerships to expand Triveni ITs reach.

Contract Negotiation Deal Closure

Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, securing mutually beneficial terms .

Prepare detailed proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and contracts in line with client needs.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing project delivery and resolving challenges.

Team Collaboration Reporting

Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams for seamless execution of projects.

Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics .

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing business development team.

Client Retention Upselling

Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Oversee service delivery and resolve issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.

Experience

  • 9-10 years of proven success in business development, sales, or related roles in the IT/technology industry.

Skills Expertise

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services , including software solutions, cloud services, IT consulting, and digital transformation .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred Skills

  • Global business development experience, especially in IT and software services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience working with international clients and an understanding of cultural nuances.

Work Environment Timing

  • Location : Noida (Onsite)
  • Working Hours : 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
  • Candidates must be comfortable with evening and late-night shifts.
