We're seeking a Business Development Manager with strong connections and a proven track record of generating direct client requirements—especially from Tier 1 vendors and MSPs—in the US market.
Job Summary:The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for expanding our client base by identifying, developing, and securing direct IT staffing opportunities from Tier 1 vendors and MSP partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, strong industry relationships, and a relentless drive to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier 1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients.
- Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of direct IT requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements with speed and quality.
- Negotiate client contracts, terms, and pricing models in line with company policies.
- Attend industry networking events, conferences, and meetings to expand business reach.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic input for service offerings and positioning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development, preferably with a focus on Tier 1 vendors/MSPs.
- Demonstrated success in bringing direct client requirements and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing services, recruiting processes, and contract hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Existing client network with proven conversion results is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
