We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client portfolio, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity services and solutions (penetration testing, security audits, compliance consulting, managed security services, etc.).
  • Lead client acquisition efforts from initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity market trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership, providing market feedback and strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven success in Business Development, preferably in IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, industry terminology, and risk management principles (formal technical training is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of patience, emotional resilience, and professionalism when interacting with both clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and navigate complex decision-making environments.
