As we expand our presence in Nepal, we are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the IT domain and a strong understanding of the media industry to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to develop strategic plans, particularly within the media industry.
Sales & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to achieve sales targets, with a focus on media-related opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals. Identify potential areas for growth and explore new markets or services, especially in the media sector.
Proposal Development & Negotiations:
Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and contracts to clients. Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Office & Operations Setup:
Assist in setting up an office and operations in Nepal. Establish and optimize operational processes to support business growth.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead a team of sales professionals to expand market reach and achieve targets. Mentor, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance.
Daily Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks. Experience in the IT domain and media industry, with coordination across internal and external teams to address operational challenges.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align efforts. Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.




Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, IT sales, or a related role, preferably in Nepal, with a strong focus on the media industry.
Strong understanding of the local market, culture, and business practices.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in English and Nepali.
