Role Description
Dynamic and ambitious Business Development fresher with a passion for sales, client relationship management, and strategic growth. Possess strong communication and persuasion skills with a foundational understanding of marketing services and client acquisition strategies.
Eager to learn and contribute to lead generation, pitch development, and partnership building in a fast-paced marketing environment. Quick to adapt, target-driven, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.
Motivated and energetic marketing graduates with a strong interest in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing, including activations, events, promotions, and direct consumer engagement.
Skilled in coordinating on-ground marketing activities, brand promotions, and customer interaction.
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, go-getter attitude.
Responsibilities
· Support the BD team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
· Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and client needs.
· Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for senior BD executives.
· Attend client meetings (online/offline) as an observer and take notes.
· Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, etc.) to ensure client deliverables are aligned.
