Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the building materials industry. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth within the construction and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building materials, industry trends, and strong relationships with contractors, architects, Interior Designer and suppliers.

Qualification and skills:

1. Proven experience in business development or Sales. Strong understanding of sales Cycles, relationship building and negotiation processes. Experience from Premium selling / luxury market will be preferred
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
4. Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
6. Minimum Experience of 8- 10 years in related industries / selling luxury products.
