Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in all big Metros in India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients and #Architects. The role involves planning and implementing business strategies, managing sales processes, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, attend industry events, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach initiatives. Regularly reporting on progress and metrics to senior management will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

  • Business development, sales, and marketing skills
  • Experience in preparing business strategies and market analysis
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate new business opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the industry is a plus
