Summary: The Business Analyst - Technical Solutions will work closely with both the operational and technical teams to clearly define the scope and feasibility of technical requests. This role will facilitate better communication and collaboration, ensuring that technical solutions are both practical and aligned with business objectives. The Business Analyst will report to the Business Transformation Specialist but will also at times be coordinated by the Business Operations Lead. As part of our business transformation initiative, this team is prioritizing the development of essential infrastructure and technical skills to elevate the team's performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with operational and technical teams to scope and define technical requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives

● Translate complex technical solution requests into clear, concise business requirements for technical teams

● Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs

● Monitor and track technical requests, including status, scope, prioritization, and resource changes, to ensure timely delivery

● Partner with TPMs to remove impediments and drive request progress, ensuring seamless execution

● Serve as the primary point of contact for LTS + GSCO communication channels, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange

● Conduct thorough technical feasibility assessments, providing recommendations for technical solutions that support business objectives

● Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with operational goals

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in technical business analysis or a related field

- Experience working closely with both operational and technical teams

- Experience with project management and technical feasibility assessments
