Job Title: Digitalisation Consultant

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 DOE

Location & Work Setup

• Based in Dublin, Ireland
• Hybrid working model (remote + client site visits as required)
• Some travel for client workshops or stakeholder sessions (Ireland-based only)

Core Skills

• A full driver’s licence is beneficial (not essential)
• Fluency in English required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 and AI-led transformation projects for clients
• Build solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams
• Design and deploy automation workflows and AI-enabled assistants
• Support information architecture redesign and metadata governance
• Create and deliver user adoption and training content
• Participate in discovery workshops and requirements gathering
• Document processes, produce client-ready reports and roadmaps
• Contribute to proposal writing and demo development

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, M365, or low-code/AI platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Automate
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Purview, Sensitivity Labels, or Defender
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance and lifecycle best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, SC-400, AI-102)
• AI tooling experience (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Viva Insights)
• Experience in regulated sectors (healthcare, finance, construction)
• Soft skills: proactive, curious, structured problem solver, team-focused

Tools, Systems & Frameworks Used

• Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Virtual Agents)
• Microsoft Purview & Security Centre (DLP, Retention, Sensitivity Labels)
• Azure OpenAI & Microsoft Copilot (desirable)
• ISO 27001, NIST CSF (nice-to-have frameworks exposure)

What You’ll Need

• 3+ yrs experience with M365 & Power Automate

• Interest in AI tools (Copilot, Azure OpenAI)
• Strong communication & client-facing mindset
