The Nexo Global is a UAE-based management consultancy and compliance firm offering financial, tax, and advisory services. We are expanding to Sri Lanka with a new office in Colombo and are seeking skilled professionals to join our team for our operations in UAE.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning, executing, and completing statutory and internal audits

· Perform risk assessments and substantive testing

· Review financial records, reports, and supporting documentation

· Prepare audit working papers in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

· Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements

· Support client communication and draft management letters

· Coordinate with accounting and tax teams to reconcile audit findings

· Stay updated on IFRS, UAE corporate tax, and other relevant regulations

Requirements:

· Semi-qualified CA / ACCA / Sri Lanka Chartered Accountant

· Minimum 2–4 years of audit experience in a reputed firm (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred)

· Working knowledge of ISA and IFRS

· Familiarity with UAE audit procedures is an advantage

· Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools (e.g., CaseWare, Zoho Books)

· Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills

· Good written and verbal communication in English
