Responsibilities

• Develop the annual audit plan and coordinate all audit-related activities in alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct audits of business operations, financials, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of audits in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• Supervise the audit team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work within the specified timelines.
• Evaluate the performance of audit staff, providing constructive feedback and ensuring continuous professional development.
• Contribute to risk assessment processes and assist in the formulation of strategies for risk mitigation.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for the audit team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to review audit findings and ensure comprehensive evaluation.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings, along with actionable recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a reputed audit firm.
• Partly qualified in CASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards.
• Demonstrated high level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
