Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of K12 and DSA projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction activities and site operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and progress
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager in K12 or DSA ground up Construction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools
