Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kota Damansara for an Assistant Production Manager. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinate with various departments for smooth operations, and support the Production Manager in executing production plans. Responsibilities also include inventory management, scheduling, and troubleshooting production issues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Food Safety and hygiene standards that is aligned with Halal, HACCP, GMP and other certifications.
• Strong skills in inventory management and scheduling
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a production environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Effective communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent) is required for this position. Preferably with F&B, Poultry and Food Manufacturing Industry
• Be able to work during Weekend and Public Holiday
• Able to work in shift and monitor 7 days operations
