• Responsible for implementing New Product Manufacturing Readiness process.
• Responsible for promoting and sustaining process stability in production and manufacturing.
• Responsible to implement and sustain company's CI culture.
• Responsible for promoting lean manufacturing / JCMS.
• Responsible for key projects planning, implementation and budget management (Project Management).
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the global and Asia manufacturing stakeholder activities.
• Responsible for improving the productivity and automation levels.
• Responsible for conducting manufacturing capacity analysis based on the annual business plan and promoting annual improvement actions.
• Responsible for driving the completion of departmental and company annual improvement targets.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing EHS related activities of the department.
• Responsible for the overall deployment, management, and coordination of EHS related work in the department.
• Responsible for organizing the investigation of accidents and incidents in the department and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead or participate in various safety activities and improvements.
• Uphold safety values, perform work activities in a safe manner and adhere to the responsibilities outlined in “Our Safety Commitment” statement,
• Ensure all employees under your direct management perform their safety obligations
• Ensure a proper environmental, health and safety (EHS) management system is in place to identify and define the processes and procedures required.

Requirement

• Minimum Education: Degree in Engineering discipline Minimum
• Language: Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering background
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding business of the Sales & Production cycle of the air conditioning industry.
• Expert level knowledge on Lean and 6 Sigma implementation. Knowledge of ISO9001, 5S, OSHA
• requirement Skills: PC skills – Excel, Words, PowerPoint, …etc. ERP - SAP
