Summary

The Assistant Product Manager has a responsibility for overseeing the digital platforms owned and managed by the Innovation Lab team.


We are looking for an individual who can take ownership of products’ development lifecycle with strong communication skills to translate business needs to actionable deliverables. If you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and is passionate towards making an impact through the creation of innovative digital solutions, we’ll like to hear from you!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business / project requirements through close collaboration with IT team, users, and business stakeholders.
  • Be the liaison between the respective stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into digital solutions while taking into consideration capacity, feasibility, and constraints within the technical team.
  • Ensure that implementation features align with Company’s objectives
  • Take ownership of product development lifecycle by implementing technical expertise and strategic thinking.
  • Manage product roadmaps to ensure timely implementation / deployment of digital solutions
  • Continuously look at opportunities to provide innovative solutions for effective, and efficient process improvement



Job Requirements:

  • Have minimum 2 years' experience as project management within the financial industry
  • Career experience within the asset management industry will be a plus
  • A degree in finance, mathematics, economics, business, IT, or its equivalent.
  • Passionate about making an impact through digital innovation
  • Is adaptable, flexible, and has ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively both verbally, and written
  • Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner
