Responsible for segment PnL to drive growth for both topline and bottom line
Own portfolio by developing segment growth framework and product roadmap
Lead innovation projects including NPD launch, NPD campaign. Responsible for innovation awareness, trial, post tracking to ensure innovation success rate.
Drive segment HMM pipeline and lead HMM projects for result delivery with cross team incl. ITQ, Sourcing, supply chain, Trade marketing and Sales.
Support on annual business plan on business review, I/O development, business proposal etc., KPIs: Segment RNS / Share / GM% Innovation Effectiveness / Segment TOMA 工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills: 1. 6 years+ marketing experience and experienced on end-to-end marketing skill. 2+ years as BD/ product marketing as mandatory.
- Strategic and holistic thinking is a plus.
- Good numeric and analytical skills on AC Nielson, Consumer Penal and other marketing data, with a strong ability to identify opportunities/issue connecting all data points.
- Strong project management skills, able to plan effectively, deliver on time and delegate appropriately.
- Excellent communication skill with internal and external team with strong teamwork mindset.
- Experience in P&L management, commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of profitability, while keeping a consumer-first mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
