Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Category Product Development Posted Date 04/02/2024 Job Id P-100828 Job Requirements Position title Resource-Program Management Reports to Group Manager - Program Management Job grade Assistant Manager Location Chennai Job Purpose Global Project Assurance team within Program Management leads all continuous improvement initiatives related to the quality and efficiency by which Royal Enfield executes and delivers its new vehicle projects. The design of, and Compliance to, the NPI process and the Master Project Standard (MPS) are fundamental to this activity. Continuous maintenance is required from time to time, as are improvement initiatives and process design updates as a result of fact finds/investigations. Key Responsibilities Learning and articulating the various phases of the NPI process and all associated documents Building and maintain a rapport with internal customers Creating analysis reports with good understanding of results interpretation Maintaining key project and Business documents such as the Model Matrix and managing the project archive. Devising & Developing and validating process created and proposing the same to Senior Managers for approval. Devising & Developing Metrics models for measuring performance for project efficiency analysis. Supporting brainstorm and process reviews and investigate current issue/problem situations and provide objective reports on the findings . Proposing changes to processes using process diagrams and visual aids. Validating process changes through role play and simulating the playout of project conflict scenarios. Work Experience Education Bachelors in Engineering / Bachelors in Technology - Engineering Experience 6+ years’ experience in Royal Enfield NPi & Manufacturing related functions. Demonstrated experience in problem resolution, work planning and change management. Adapt in working under complex and challenging environments with proven ability to represent the function within the Company in a ‘best practice’ capacity.
