Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Account Manager to support our Private Client Account Managers and ensure the efficient operation of our department. This role is vital in delivering high-quality service to our clients by handling a range of insurance-related administrative tasks, providing technical support, and stepping in as a backup to Account Managers when needed. Your Impact: * Assist Account Managers in technical areas to ensure efficient workflow of the department. Backup to Account Manager. Assist members of the department with other insurance-related functions as deemed necessary by Team Leader * Process schedules of insurance, certificates of insurance, Auto ID cards, applications, and change requests under the direction of the Account Managers. Contact underwriters to follow-up on outstanding requests. Assist in the reviewing and processing of renewals. Review cancellation list with Account Executive on a daily basis; advise Accounting department of results and status of payments * Review all renewals in advance for recommendations and/or remarketing * Keep informed of industry developments through review of trade press and by attending company-training meetings on new products * Attend CE classes Successful Candidates Will Have: * 3 years' experience at insurance brokerage in Personal Lines, VIP preferred * Valid P&C brokers' license preferred * Agency management system experience required; AMS 360 knowledge a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in computer applications, esp. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including, for eligible employees, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $21.35 - $31.25 per hour + bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
