We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our Commercial Small Business Team in a hybrid capacity which includes 1-3 days a week in the office.
The Assistant Select Specialist will assist the RS Select Department in supporting day to day client management transactions. In addition, this role will provide primary support on ad hoc projects and serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients.
Your Impact:
* Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by assisting the Select Specialists and Producers and responding to client/carrier communications as assigned
* Leveraging commercial P&C insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
* Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS accordingly
* Nurturing professional relationships with carriers with consistent carrier contact
* Participating in the retention of renewal business by supporting the Select Specialists with interacting with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of insurance products
* Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage by assisting the Select Specialist assigned to the client. This includes but not limited to marketing/rating, spreadsheets, endorsements, audits, recommendations, billing, ID Cards, policy/quote/binder checking, summaries of insurance, certificates and follow ups of outstanding items.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
* 1 - 3 years' experience of Commercial Lines client management experience
* Valid STATE P&C brokers' license
* Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred
* Knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $23/hr - $31.25/hr. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
