In This Role, You Will
- Partner closely with senior Rates & FX sales people and banking relationship managers to provide comprehensive risk management services to Wells Fargo's corporate clients
- Analyze, aggregate, and present materials for the marketing of derivative products
- Price and execute interest rate and currency transactions directly with clients
- Provide daily front office support functions, including, but not limited to trade processing and responding to customer service requests
- Develop client pitch materials and deal documents
- Generate interest rate and currency market updates as relevant for client engagement
- Provide analytical support for corporate finance, traders, and senior sales team
- Gain a deep understanding of interest rate and FX risk management techniques
- Work effectively with all support areas to deliver a superior client experience
- Prioritize to successfully execute a wide range of internal processes, client requests, and transactions of varying complexity
- Drive constant process improvement and find efficiencies across the platform
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Dodd-Frank and regulatory rules
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong interest in financial markets, foreign currencies and derivatives
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic, initiative and desire to learn
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience developing presentation and spreadsheet materials
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to communicate effectively internally and externally
Additional Compensation Details:
- Base Salary - $155,000 - This role is eligible for a bonus.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
