Summary

工作职责:

  • Negotiate with landlord for better contract terms and counter location
  • Existing market/boutique and potential market visit in China, complete market visit report
  • Set up Clarins BD data base (shopping mall/Department Store information… and analyze the information)
  • Ensure Market information and database is updated
  • New opening and low productivity store regular review
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for reference
  • Update project status to other internal function to ensure opening as plan
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

任职条件:

  • 3+ years BD experience is required, Landlord experience is plus
  • Logical thinking and good communication ability
  • Excellent oral and written English
  • Excellent EXCEL and PPT skills
  • Good data analytic skills, statistical background preferred
  • Meticulous and very organized
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Professional & friendly manner
