Location: Bangalore
Notice Period- Immediate to 15 days only
Shift- Rotational Shift
Work mode- Hybrid
Mandatory Skills:
5-8 years of experience. E- Commerce domain exposure is mandatory.
· Experience in Support function
· Understanding of Web application and production environment
· Experience in ITIL on Incident, Service and change request
· Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, support tickets, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
· Monitor system performance and alerts, proactively identifying potential issues before they impact customers.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality.
· Managing the issue log and tracking fixes to be delivered from development teams
· Stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
· The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of SaaS solutions, eCommerce and CPQ solutions
