We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Delivery Lead and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile methodologies, be a skilled leader with excellent communication abilities, and bring proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI tools for reporting, analytics, and project tracking.
This role will require close collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely, efficient, and quality delivery of solutions. The Agile Delivery Lead and RTE will be responsible for managing the Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and providing actionable insights through Power BI reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Agile delivery, with at least 3 years in a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Agile Delivery Lead role.
- Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and visualizing project performance.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in risk management, project delivery, and conflict resolution within Agile environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE, PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Python or any Programming Knowledge will be greatly advantageoes
- Ability to analyze complex project data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives and working in fast-paced, innovative environments.

- Strong analytical mindset, with an ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, cross-team delivery settings.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in an ever-changing business environment.
- SQL and/or Python
