Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned Scrum master to join our IT Strategy and Planning Team. Reporting to Senior Manager, Scrum Master, You will be responsible for:
- Leading team members through daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and long-term planning
- Identifying and resolving obstacles affecting team progress while promoting high-performing team culture
- Ensuring on-time delivery of the product backlog, maintain release plans, and provide clarity to scrum teams and stakeholders on planning & delivery progress
- Applying agile methodologies and leverage metrics (e.g. burndown charts, velocity tracking, & dashboards) to enhance performance & continuous improvement
- Building strong partnerships across supporting teams, align priorities, anticipate challenges, & drive planning and execution
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Overall exp of 9 to 13 years and minimum 5 years’ experience in Scrum Master/ Agile Project Management Role
- 5+ years of experience working directly with software development teams in JIRA, salesforce experience is a plus
- Solid experience in the Scrum Master role applying agile methodology, frameworks, Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Experience with JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, Dashboards and Confluence required
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and an ability to work effectively with teams required
