We’re Hiring: Administrator & DLD System Specialist– Tarrad Real Estate Development | Dubai
Tarad Real Estate Development, a growing and reputable real estate company in Dubai, is currently seeking a Administrator & DLD System Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth operations of all sales-related processes.
• Handle documentation, contracts, and follow-ups with clients and internal departments.
• Manage property listings and updates across internal systems.
• Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department and ensure accurate processing through Ajari (Aqoodi) and Nokhodi systems.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, payments, and client interactions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a sales admin role within a real estate development company in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with DLD systems: Aqoodi and Nokhodi.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support a fast-paced sales environment.
