Summary

Job Summary:


Primarily responsible for the implementation on tasks directly assigned to the admin and documentation team of the Auto Section on the handling of endorsed auto loans.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the endorsement, assignment and tagging of accounts to external collection agencies in the bank's systems
  • Prepares, reviews and sends demand letters to all accounts endorsed to Consumer Remedial Management-Auto
  • Ensures that required documents of the teams for endorsed accounts are complete and provided within the prescribed TA
  • Monitors accounts and ensure their timely resolution for them to become available for sale
  • Prepares the pertinent data needed for reports


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  • At least 3 years of experience in loan account management, preferably in the collection/recovery of past due loans
  • Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
