Job Description

THE CHALLENGE

• Handles timekeeping for Manila employees.

• Processing account number and ATM Enrollment of new hire employees.

• New hire employee registration from PMRF to ER2 (Phil health)

• New hire employee SSS and TIN registration online

• Submission of Philhealth ER2 Forms and claiming accomplished MDR)

• Pag-ibig members/employee data update if any

• Claiming bank cards (ATM cards) for new hires

• Transmittal of documents or business correspondents through authorized couriers.

• Handling and updating shuttle itinerary.

• Work permit and Gate pass application and processing.

• Admin Filing and uploading (accomplished service reports, delivery receipt etc.)

• Conference booking and management

• Submitting Sales Invoice and delivery receipt to accounting for payment processing

• Gatepass and work permit processing

• Checks office facilities and periodic rounds at the operations area to make sure office house rules are adhered to (schedule every Friday and Saturday only)
