We’re looking for an Account Director to lead the charge on brand relationships, internal coordination, and all things execution.

The Role

You’ll be leading our growing accounts team across multiple brands—mentoring account managers, keeping client relationships smooth, timelines tight, and budgets on track. You’ll step in when things get tricky, and ideally, spot new opportunities to grow the business too.

What you’ll do


  • Act as the go-to person for key clients—managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of client servicing across brands
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork
  • Drive content planning and scheduling, making sure our work is always on point and on time
  • Use tools and insights to optimise performance and back our ideas with data
  • Track and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and value across accounts
  • Monitor brand sentiment and step in with solutions when needed
  • Pitch new ideas, upsell services, and explore opportunities for organic growth

Who we’re looking for

You're not just organised—you thrive in the chaos and bring clarity to it. You’ve led client relationships that span multiple brands and platforms, kept timelines (and tempers) on track, and always know what’s going on, when, and with whom. You’re great at building trust with clients, spotting potential issues before they escalate, and steering teams toward smooth delivery. You speak fluent feedback, know how to manage budgets without killing the vibe, and can jump into the weeds or zoom out to the big picture as needed. Ideally, you’ve worked on entertainment brands or content, and have a working knowledge of production and post — so you can be that crucial link between client asks and execution. Bonus: You’ve got a nose for new opportunities and aren’t shy about pitching in to help grow the business. Basically—you keep the whole show running.

  • 7+ years experience in a digital or mainline agency
  • Proven expertise in client servicing, data analytics, audience insights, and brand reputation management
  • Great with people and even better with problems—you know how to navigate tricky client asks with a calm head and a clear plan
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
  • Familiarity with key digital tools and platforms
  • A natural leader who can inspire, manage, and support teams
