Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance/Accounts Manager with 3–4 years of experience in managing core financial functions. This role will focus on commercial finance, budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure strong financial health.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to aid strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and performance evaluation.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, and other financial summaries to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability initiatives.
• Assist in annual budgeting, financial planning, and risk assessment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to financial best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compliance changes, and financial technologies.
  
  

Required Qualifications And Skills

• MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, commercial finance, and MIS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with accounting tools/software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERPs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
