We're thrilled to announce the opening for Account Manager (Southern Region), reporting to the Senior Sales Manager (South & East Malaysia). As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives and the agreed sales budget for your specific outlets, directly contributing to the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for partnering with our wholesaler/outlet owner to implement channel strategies, plan to fulfil and achieve specific distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands in assigned outlet universe. By understanding and embracing the company's strategic imperatives in your day-to-day business, you will ensure effective execution of sales plans and contribute to exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory. Your contribution will strengthen our relationships with key partners, drive brand growth within the Southern Region, and positively impact the overall sales performance of the team and organization.

How you will contribute… Profile
- Business Partnering
- Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic Brands in assigned outlet
- Maximize brand presence of key products through effective merchandising efforts at trade level
- Focus and attend to consumer’s demand and create a “pull mentality”
- Develop outlet’s consumer experience
- Focus on consumer groups & different consumption trends
- Focus on efficient portfolio management of product
- Develop and maintain amicable relationship with key customers
- Planning and Activations
- Proactively identifying potential outlets, negotiate and implement promotion action in line with agreed standards
- Regular feedback and evaluation for management review
- Control
- Constantly review and make recommendations to immediate superior, the appropriate level of credit and decoration to trade accounts to ensure credit exposure risks to the company are minimized
- Ensure monthly and cumulative collection targets set by the management are achieved through proactive management of all trade receivables
- Sales Management
- Fulfill sales related target set by sales management
- Provide timely and accurate information for the updating of Aspire
- Full engagement with Salesforce and QLIK in tracking and reporting of Aspire Adoption KPI’s (customer segmentation, surveys, meeting notes, activations etc.)
- Compliance
- Ensure that compliance and adherence to policies and procedures is a fundamental way of working. Throughout the MHDM business we will focus on and model the highest levels of compliance and integrity.
- Storytelling
- Bring to life our iconic brands through the sharing of our heritage with passion and expertise.
- Showcase the crafting of our exceptional products, highlighting the benefits and values of our portfolio.
- Embody the art of luxury in all communications, also demonstrating the elegance of our curated service rituals.
- Be an inspirational leader, striving for a culture of excellence to build brand desirability.
- Highlight our uniqueness vs. competition through best practice Storytelling and sharing of market leading business insights with your customers
- Others
- Participate in regular state sales meetings to review and update market trends, exchange information, share best practices, and contribute to the overall development of the company’s sales organization.

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or other related areas.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Effective, agile, hungry to develop the business and engage with customers.
- Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative.
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Thorough Wine/Spirit product knowledge is highly desirable.
- Must be able to be based in Southern Malaysia, specifically Melaka or North Johor.
- Must be willing to work outside of standard business hours daily.
