Summary

Sales Executive

Responsibilities

1. Good knowledge in construction industry, especially related technology for contractors and consultants (such as BIM)

2. Develop and acquire new customer from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub- contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting

3. Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts

4. Keep up good relationship with existing and new clients

5. Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers

6. Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skill

7. Provide pre-sales our software consultant and after-sales support for our software implementation

8. Generate weekly sales report for management

9. Undertake tasks assigned from time to time




Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience and or in construction software industry or open for fresh graduate with Civil Engineering background

2. Preferably with construction industry experience candidates and QS background

3. Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated

4. Pro-active and ability to work independently

5. Practice integrity and high dedication

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

7. Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
