Description

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the smooth delivery of day-to-day client work, oversee junior colleagues, and support senior team members on broader campaign strategy. You’ll work across a range of luxury clients, bringing strong communication skills, initiative and a collaborative approach to everything you do.


Key Responsibilities


·Support the execution of communications strategies in line with client objectives, contributing ideas and recommendations in collaboration with senior team members

·Manage day-to-day operations across multiple accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly

·Guide and support junior team members, delegating tasks, reviewing work, and helping foster professional development

·Build and maintain strong media and stakeholder relationships, actively pitching stories and identifying opportunities for coverage

·Draft a range of high-quality materials including press releases, media alerts, briefing documents, client reports, and presentation decks

·Coordinate and support events, press appointments, and partnership activations, including logistics, guest lists, and on-site presence

·Oversee product-related requests and sample tracking to ensure seamless handling from outreach through to results

·Monitor media coverage and industry developments, producing regular updates and insights for internal and client-facing reports

·Contribute to new business efforts, including background research, proposal input, and pitch preparation

·Collaborate with teams across the agency to help integrate broader capabilities into client work



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

·3–4 years of VIP experience in a public relations role, ideally within a luxury agency or in-house communications environment

·Strong VIP stylist and agent relations

·Up to date on current events / pop culture

·Experience drafting and reviewing contracts

·Strong grasp of PR principles, media relations, and stakeholder engagement

·Experience managing or mentoring junior colleagues within a team setting

·Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial sense

·Proficient in using PR and media monitoring tools such as Cision, Launchmetrics, Muck Rack, or similar platforms

·Comfortable with event planning and execution, including press events, brand activations, and partnerships

·Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with good time management

·Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive approach to both client and internal work

·An understanding of the luxury market and its communications nuances is desirable
