With mid-7 figures in ARR and rapid growth, they are looking for a relentless, revenue-driven GTM professional to lead new recruiter growth, outreach, and onboarding. This is an opportunity to work in a high-impact, high-autonomy role with the potential to build your own team within 90 days.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

๐Ÿ”น Own and drive recruiter growth โ€“ identify, source, and onboard top recruiters and agencies onto the platform.

๐Ÿ”น Develop and execute outbound strategies โ€“ generate a strong pipeline of high-quality recruiting talent.

๐Ÿ”น Optimize conversion โ€“ refine messaging, outreach, and onboarding to maximize adoption and engagement.

๐Ÿ”น Leverage AI-driven sales tech โ€“ work with in-house engineering teams to optimize outreach and growth channels.

๐Ÿ”น Identify new business opportunities โ€“ experiment with new channels to accelerate recruiter acquisition and marketplace expansion.
