Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses enhance their online presence. This role combines sales expertise with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads via online platforms, cold outreach, and networking
- Present and sell digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media management, content marketing, email marketing, and web design
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to analyze their needs and recommend tailored strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients within an assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing and design) to address client challenges and support campaign success
- Provide ongoing consultation to help refine campaigns and maximize client results
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales planning aligned with growth goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new digital marketing tools and technologies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
- Review and interpret campaign performance data (e.g., Google Ads metrics) to support client reporting and retention
Must-Haves:
- Sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or related fields
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfort with using LinkedIn, social media channels, and other prospecting tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client success
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in digital marketing (such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint)
- Experience in remote sales or agency-based roles
