Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at Cloud Store, you will play a key role in driving our growth by managing inbound leads, proactively reaching out to potential customers, and guiding them through the sales process from first contact to close. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored equipment solutions, and fostering strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. With a focus on both sales and customer service, you will collaborate closely with our Finance and Sales Operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for every client.
This role requires flexibility, as we expect a 50-hour workweek, including availability during evenings and weekends to best serve our customers. Your dedication and ability to adapt to client needs will be key to your success.
