Palladian Communication Specialists, a Communication and Public Relations Agency is looking for an Account Executive to:
· Work in the Client Service team, assist in developing the Client’s Communications’ strategy, prepare basic templates for proposals, publicity plans etc. in collaboration with the Account Manager.
· Monitor the client’s publicity via News platforms and portals, prepare daily publicity reports and keep clients updated.
· In collaboration with the Account Manager, prepare basic Press-Release material, articles and produce original content to be handed out to targeted Media outlets.
· Answer clients’ requests, deliver info and proposals when needed, align with the clients’ everyday needs.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and in the implementation of events and/ or activations when needed.
· Support the Account Manager in delivering targeted proposals to the clients, deliver basic copies for Social Media channels and creative artwork in collaboration with Palladian’s creative team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
· University degree in Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or relative fields
· 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position at PR agencies or Communications department
· Excellent knowledge of Greek & English (oral and written)
· Excellent use of Microsoft programs (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Outlook)
