- 1-3 years of account management experience within an advertising agency setting.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to foster strong client relationships through open communication, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Effectively coordinates and communicates project requirements between clients and internal teams (creative, media, etc.), ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Possesses the organizational skills and initiative to independently manage multiple projects from briefing through completion.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and excels at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Thai language writing, speaking and listening communication on a daily basis
- Good in written and verbal English communication skills, essential for client presentations and internal collaboration
