🚨 We're Hiring: UKG ProWFM Business Analyst (Remote)

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Duration: Contract (details to be shared)

We are looking for a seasoned UKG ProWFM Business Analyst with a strong background in Timekeeper, Accrual, and Activities modules, as well as deep experience in JIRA, workflow tools, and business analysis best practices.

✅ Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with UKG ProWFM systems (Timekeeper, Accrual, Activities)
• 5+ years of experience with JIRA
• Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) and Scrum Master
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of business processes, gap analysis, and RFP/tool selection
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with compliance, workflow tools, and test planning

⭐ Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Experience with UKG tools, Telestaff, Workforce Central, etc.
• Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP)
• Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, process mapping, and regression testing
• Ability to define and manage functional/technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and test case management in JIRA
