Summary

Job Description

Metrics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Analyst as we compete for a contract with the Coast Guard. This contract focuses on workforce requirements analysis, where the Workforce Analyst will be responsible for applying analytic methodologies to assess workforce needs and translate findings into actionable insights. The Coast Guard requires expert data analysis and modeling skills to optimize resource allocation and meet strategic objectives. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Possesses demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs
  • Conduct comprehensive workforce requirements analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop data models and apply analytic techniques to evaluate workforce trends and needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for multiple levels of Coast Guard personnel.
  • Prepare, disseminate, and safeguard documentation in accordance with government standards.
  • Participate in familiarization interviews and focus groups to gather relevant data insights.
  • Collaborate with government officials to review Task Lists and Work Matrices.
  • Create and maintain Standard Work Documents (SWD) and Draft Workload Factors (WLF).
  • Manage government-furnished information and ensure its appropriate use in analysis.
  • Identify potential workload factors and secure locations for effective measurement.
  • Support the implementation of directed work requirements and special project needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics.
  • Proficient in data modeling and the application of analytic methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business analytics, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with federal government contracting and procurement processes.
  • Experience with metrics development and trend analysis in a government setting.
