W Hong Kong is hiring a Welcome Desk Shift Leader (Front Desk Supervisor).

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient check-in & check-out for each guest.
• Recognise our return, long stay and WHO guests and provide them with a warm W welcome.
• Provide support to the Welcome Desk Agents and provide training when needed. Act
• Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible to create WOW experiences for guests.
• Review, track and accommodate requests for room changes when possible and communicate status to appropriate staff.

Job Requirements

Experience - 2 years or above work experience in related positions

Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline

Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Technical/ functional competencies - Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a plus
