Web & Mobile Development – Technical Project Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven technical project management experience, specifically web and mobile development projects.
• Proven experience in agile environments, including familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong background and understanding of software development, particularly with web and mobile technologies such as WordPress, Drupal, React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices to effectively collaborate with design and development teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical guidance with project coordination.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset, committed to ensuring team success and high-quality outcomes.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate web and mobile development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate actively in daily team activities, including project planning, tracking, support management, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Support the implementation and adherence to UI/UX processes and standards, ensuring optimal user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Promote and reinforce best practices related to software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
