Qualifications:

• Graduated from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering departments,
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in the cosmetics industry,
• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking),
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Team player, open to learning, result-oriented, able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment,
• Candidates residing in Istanbul will be evaluated.

Job Description:

• Follow up on the planning, implementation, and reporting processes of R&D projects,
• Ensure coordination between the sales and R&D teams in line with the project timeline,
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, documents, and presentations,
• Support product development processes by working in coordination with production, quality, and planning teams,
• Coordinate application studies based on incoming requests,
• Conduct compatibility tests of packaging and formulations during product development,
• Ensure product safety by conducting stability tests,
• Perform and report cost analysis of formulations,
• Research equivalent raw materials and develop alternative solutions,
• Organize all tests and analyses required for specific projects,
• Ensure that production formulations are entered into the system,
• Organize and archive project files.
