Position Overview:

As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and compelling content across various digital channels to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop high-quality and engaging content for digital channels including website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and more.

·        Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and messaging.

·        Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure content is aligned with brand voice, style guidelines, and marketing objectives.

·        Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

·        Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and editorial standards.

·        Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed to scale content production and meet business objectives.

·        Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·        4+ years of Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across different formats and channels.

·         Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and AP style.

·        Strong research skills and ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.

·        Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment, taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.

·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and project updates with stakeholders.

·        Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and finding innovative ways to connect with audiences.

·        Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
