Summary

Our client, a prominent global multinational corporation, is seeking a Web Content Developer to manage, update, and optimize content across multiple brand websites. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining content consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the overarching brand and website content strategy. Your expertise in CMS, web best practices, and technical skills will be essential for efficiently executing website updates and supporting major projects and product launches.


The ideal candidate will bring extensive CMS experience, a proactive and detail-focused approach to content management, and a proven track record of effectively managing and editing web content.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Create, edit, and publish content across various brand websites using the CMS.
  • Take full ownership of the CMS, overseeing content updates, site structure, and overall functionality.
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for an exceptional user experience.
  • Implement efficient workflows for content creation and publication.

Content Quality and Optimization:

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets high-quality standards.
  • Proofread and edit for grammar, punctuation, and style consistency.
  • Optimize content for accessibility and ensure it displays properly across different devices and browsers.

Performance and Monitoring:

  • Identify and implement process improvements for content management.
  • Conduct regular content audits to maintain industry compliance, relevance, and currency.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any content display issues.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with the website content team, operations, and other stakeholders to manage and deliver website updates.
  • Assist in planning and executing content rollouts for significant projects and product launches.
  • Provide training and support on CMS functionality and best practices to team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in content management or digital publishing.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) and HTML/CSS, with a basic understanding of web design principles.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including experience with Figma, coding (e.g., JavaScript), and data management.
  • Familiarity with more technical aspects of web content management and optimization.
  • Strong editorial skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in a global or multibrand environment as a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely project completion without compromising quality.
  • Fluency in English (oral & written).
